Organiser: The MSL

You jump into KOL scientific exchange with enthusiasm, but after a few attempts, you’re feeling a bit disappointed that the insights and patient experience stories are not coming forth….

You chat with KOLs and they give you just one or two-word answers, they just don’t seem to have anything interesting to say…

Or you ask a group in your clinical presentation to share their patient experiences and you get awkward silence or blank stares as they shift uncomfortably in their seats…
Perhaps you reach out to a few influential thought leaders but it seems that all they want to do is talk off-topic and do not provide any useful insights…

You repeat your KOL meetings as above and keep getting the same lackluster results, wondering where the elusive insights and truly meaningful patient experience stories are…

…perhaps you think that only a highly experienced MSL can get KOLs to open up in a way that makes interesting dialogue to gather deeper insights and real-world stories. You wonder: do I need to become a NY Times journalist to find these stories and uncover the details that lead to excellent insights?

Take a look at what Cherie Hyder thinks in The MSL Journal.
