How can AI help with Congress Planning?
How can AI help publications and content summarization?
How can AI improve insights and analysis?

These are useful questions. But we need to zoom out.

The question I keep coming back to is:

If Medical Affairs were built today, with AI available from day one, would we design it the same way?
