How many of the insights your field team logged last quarter changed what a clinician actually does?

Years ago, while I was working inside an affiliate Medical team, the same theme kept surfacing from field colleagues: a formulation was viscous and hard to inject. Longer preparation and injection times, more physical effort, a higher risk of needle-stick injury for the staff giving it.

Read quickly, that's a product limitation and it gets built into a medical plan that defends the formulation. Look closer and it traced back to preparation and injection technique. So we corrected the preparation steps and built targeted education for the people administering it: safer, more consistent delivery, better outcomes for the patient on the other end of it.

That insight never would have shown up in a dataset. It surfaced because field colleagues listened, connected what they heard across conversations, and had the judgement to escalate it.
